Canada Orders: We generally ship within 24–48 hours of order placement on business days (Monday–Friday until 4pm). Orders placed on Fridays after 4pm, Saturdays, or Sundays will ship the following Monday.
U.S. Orders: All U.S. orders ship duty-free — the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay, with duties and tariffs already covered. Please note: U.S. orders require at least 7-10 business days for processing before shipment. Orders placed on Fridays after 10am, Saturdays, or Sundays will begin processing the following business day.
Please note that shipping time begins after your order has been processed and dispatched. During high-volume periods (holidays, major events, etc.), processing and shipping times may be longer.
Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Additional email notifications will be sent when your shipment is out for delivery and when it has been delivered.
Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled if requested before processing. If the order has already been processed, cancellation will not be possible. In such cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns Policy You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Item is not sold as "Final Sale"
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Items not returned in their original condition may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Return shipping costs, including customs duties, taxes, and handling fees, are the responsibility of the customer.
If you return items and your order total falls below the free shipping threshold, we will deduct the original shipping cost from your refund.
This sweater used to be thicker. I feel like the quality has gone down bit. More noticeable is the placement of the button - that has moved and now makes the collar feel and look awkward. This was my partners favourite sweater and she's disappointment with the changes in it (Hestia Sweatshirt).
I absolutely love these sweatshirts — I own six in different colours! They’re incredibly well made and feel high quality. My only small complaint is that I’m not a big fan of the thick drawstrings. I do wish they offered a loyalty discount for repeat customers, because I’d definitely keep adding to my collection!
This zip up is perfect! Arm length is a little longer as well as the length, so there's great coverage. Overall the material and craftsmanship is excellent, very good product for the price. I love everything about it!
Beautiful ! I own 4, and this is by far my favorite. The only complaint is the size of the sleeve. They are extremely tight, so you can only wear a tee or bra underneath. In the north, we layer our clothing, so in winter this may not be feasible to wear.
Love love love these Hestia Full Zip Sweatahirts. I now have a coral coloured one and a black one. They are my new favourites in my wardrobe. Great quality and so comfortable and warm to wear.
I love this sweatshirt. I bought it first last year at a shop in Wyoming, and then left it accidentally in a hotel room :(. I was so sad I immediately went online to buy another one before they discontinued the style! I have it in Medium and use it as a jacket. It’s slightly big in the waist/ hip area, but the arms would feel tight I think if I went with a small. Still it’s very comfy and I love it for airplane travel and bopping around my mountain town. P.s. I removed the white cord entirely. There’s no news for it and to me, it looks nicer without it.
