Canada Orders: We generally ship within 24–48 hours of order placement on business days (Monday–Friday until 4pm). Orders placed on Fridays after 4pm, Saturdays, or Sundays will ship the following Monday.
U.S. Orders: All U.S. orders ship duty-free — the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay, with duties and tariffs already covered. Please note: U.S. orders require at least 7-10 business days for processing before shipment. Orders placed on Fridays after 10am, Saturdays, or Sundays will begin processing the following business day.
Please note that shipping time begins after your order has been processed and dispatched. During high-volume periods (holidays, major events, etc.), processing and shipping times may be longer.
Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Additional email notifications will be sent when your shipment is out for delivery and when it has been delivered.
Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled if requested before processing. If the order has already been processed, cancellation will not be possible. In such cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns Policy
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- Item is not sold as "Final Sale"
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Items not returned in their original condition may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Return shipping costs, including customs duties, taxes, and handling fees, are the responsibility of the customer.
- If you return items and your order total falls below the free shipping threshold, we will deduct the original shipping cost from your refund.
